Ann-Marie believes in creating an open and sincere environment in which clients feel safe to unburden themselves from anything causing them distress, whether it weighs on their mind or body. She works collaboratively with individuals, establishing a protected space where they can reflect on their personal history and understand how it has shaped their present circumstances. This process is focused on fostering change and transformation in one’s life, if that is what the person desires.
Ann Marie has worked with clients who are living with general anxiety, relationship anxiety, self esteem issues, depression, OCD and social anxiety. Ann Marie charges €80 per session for in person therapy in Dublin 2, and online, individual sessions.
