Anxiety is probably the number one psychological issue suffered by individuals globally. Michelle understands how anxiety may have a crippling effect on your freedom and can make life very difficult, unpleasant and often unbearable. Individuals with anxiety may find themselves wanting to be alone, withdrawing from activities due to social anxiety and holding themselves back from reaching their full potential When we don’t understand what is happening to us, we may feel powerless and overwhelmed which then adds to the sense of fear.

It is important that we understand why we feel anxious so that we can begin to address those fears. However, it is not enough just to understand the root of our anxiety we also need to develop skills and use appropriate tools to manage our anxiety. Therapy with Michelle is where you will learn to not only recognise what is causing your anxiety but also learn the skills to manage your anxiety and free yourself from the negative impact it is having on your life.
