My therapy sessions are designed to create a space where people can safely express their thoughts and feelings without judgement. I work with each client on an individual basis to provide effective tools to help deal with a variety of personal issues. Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, people can develop life-changing habits to help them cope with many of life’s obstacles.
I currently offer face to face sessions in Dublin 12 or online video sessions. I work with a few different methods of therapy, depending on the needs of the individual.
